Every day KCI helps over 100 organizations save postage. We pick up and sort mail daily on our Postal Service certified processing equipment. Mail is either posted by our customers at a reduced rate, or KCI applies reduced rate postage. Our customers save postage because we qualify the mail for barcode and volume discounts. All of our customers’ mail is picked up, combined and mailed the
same day.

We have a daily mail service that is right for you!

Option 1: Discounted Flat Rate on Letters
Post all of your mail at the rate of 39.4¢ instead of 42¢. Save on every invoice, statement or handwritten mail piece. There is no sorting or extra work. Just post all of your letters at a lower rate. Our staff will presort your mail and get it to the post office the same day. There are no minimum requirements and no contracts. Your postage savings are guaranteed.

Option 2: High Volume Accounts
We have a program just for you! If you average more than 500 pieces of First Class Mail per day, call us. We would like to propose deeper discounts awarded specifically to your company and based entirely on your monthly mail volume.

Option 3: Full Service (You Might Not Need a Postage Machine,
You Know)
Your company might save a great deal of money by eliminating your quarterly lease payments for your mailing equipment. Are you close to a lease renewal point? We could meter your mail for you.

Discounted Flats: We also extend a savings to our customers on flats. Flats are larger mail pieces measuring 6 ½” x 9” to 12” x 15” and weighing from 1–16 ounces. You will save more per piece on flats than any other mail.
